2000.02.02 HKSAR signs air services arrangement with the Mainland The said agreement claims air services between Mainland and Hong Kong as domestic air transportation under special management. The arrangement also provides a framework to facilitate airlines' operation. This is useful to airlines' commercial operation, establishment of representative offices, sales, remittance and other activities. It also helps to promote the long-term development of air services between the two places.   2000.02.03
